Share Prayer!

I held off sharing this vision, initially, but now sense the release to go ahead:

Friday A.M. (June 6, 2008):

I wanted to share an experience that I had early this morning:

The Lord awakened me out of a sleep and impressed me to be in the floor on my knees for prayer. The moment I touched the floor, I was transported by the Holy Spirit. I was standing within the draping of the gown - of the raised arm - of the Statue of Liberty. I looked at the draping and then the torch lifted high. The scene then changed to a hand gun. I saw a man's arm, with forearm held in a horizontal position. As I looked, he flexed to show his muscles. There on his upper arm were two very large mounds of muscle. I then heard these words: "Arms being smuggled in and our arms being smuggled out! Pray for the borders of the nation! You must double up on the strength of your prayers, for a doubling up, and a strengthening in protection for the security of your borders; thus the double muscle!" Then I heard these words, "Maybe President Clinton could come and help!"

Later this morning, as I was sharing this vision with an intercessory prayer leader, and as we began to pray together I saw this: A long "balloon curtain" being lowered; then a headboard of a bed. The scalloped edging of the balloon curtain was downward. The headboard was the same shape, with only one scallop, and of course on a much larger scale, with one post on either side of the center. The prayer partner thought that this may have had something to do with the Prime Minister of Israel and the Presidential elections in the U.S. taking place simultaneously.

The prayer partner recommended this web site (which I was not familiar with): arutzshavah.org. I logged onto the "blog" section of that page and the first video that came up (select: Tamar Yonah Show) - totally surprised me (I'm not deeply versed in the political arena) - as I watched and saw President Clinton standing, arms around, and between Israeli officials; as they were signing documents in this video. The title of the video: "No Katyusha's"! I'm not sure that the video has anything to do with what I saw this morning...I only share for prayer, as I have seen far too many highly significant warnings such as these (given me in the past), come to pass. At the time of those visions, I did not have anyone to join me in prayer. I am seeking for that now.

To those of you, serious intercessors, please take this one before the "throne" with you; please!God Bless and direct our prayers!


Romans 8: 26 - Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not
what we should pray for as we ought; but the Spirit itself maketh intercession
for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.

Still receiving for Zion!

A continual, steady flow from the Word of God, is bringing my attention to Zion!

Isaiah 8: 12 - 22 - Say ye not, A confederacy, to all them to whom this people shall say, A confederacy; neither fear ye their fear, nor be afraid. Sanctify the Lord of hosts himself; and let him be your fear, and let him be your dread. And he shall be for a sanctuary; but for a stone of stumbling and for a rock of offence to both the houses of Israel, for a gin and for a snare to the inhabitants of Jerusalem. And many among them shall stumble, and fall, and be broken, and be snared, and be taken. Bind up the testimony, seal the law among my disciples. And I will wait upon the Lord, that hideth his face from he house of Jacob, and I will look for him. Behold, I and the children whom the Lord hath given me are for signs and for wonders in Israel from the Lord of hosts, which dwelleth in mount Zion. And when they shall say unto you, Seek unto them that have familiar spirits, and unto wizards that peep, and that mutter: should not a people seek unto their God? For the living to the dead? To the law and to the testimony; if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them. And they shall pass through it, hardly bestead and hungry; and it shall come to pass, that when they shall be hungry, they shall fret themselves, and curse their king and their God, and look upward. And they shall look unto the earth; and behold trouble and darkness, dimness of anguish; and they shall be driven to darkness.

(I believe these scriptures to be depictive of things that are effecting our nation at this hour!)

Isaiah 9: (entire chapter) - vs. 1,2 - Nevertheless the dimness shall not be such as was in her vexation, when at the first he lightly afflicted the land of Zebulun and the land of Naphtali, and afterward did more grievously afflict her by the way of the sea, beyond Jordan, in Galilee of the nations. The people that walked in darkness have seen a great light; they that dwell in the land of the shadow of death, upon them hath the light shined...vs. 5 - 8 - For every battle of the warrior is with confused noise, and garments rolled in blood; but this shall be with burning and fuel of fire. For unto us a child is born, unto us a Son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder; and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The Mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this. The Lord sent a word into Jacob, and it hath lighted upon Israel...vs. 13 - 21 - For the people turneth not unto him that smiteth them, neither do they seek the Lord of hosts. Therefore the Lord will cut off from Israel head and tail, branch and rush, in one day. The ancient and honourable, he is the head; and the prophet that teacheth lies, he is the tail. For the leaders of this people cause them to err; and they that are led of them are destroyed. therefore the Lord shall have no joy in their young men , neither shall have mercy on their fatherless and widows; for every one is an hypocrite and an evildoer, and every mouth speaketh folly. For all this his anger is not turned away, but his hand is stretched out still, for wickedness burneth as the fire; it shall devour the briers and thorns, and shall kindle in the thickets of the forest, and they shall mount up like the lifting up of smoke. Through the wrath of the Lord of hosts is the land darkened, and the people shall be as the fuel of the fire; no man shall spare his brother. And he shall snatch on the right hand, and be hungry; and he shall eat on the left hand, and they shall not be satisfied; they shall eat every man the flesh of his own arm; Manasseh, Ephraim; and Ephraim, Manasseh; and they together shall be against Judah. For all this his anger is not turned away, but his hand is stretched out still.

(Again, what applies to Israel, applies to the entire world, all peoples, tongues and tribes, no matter the gender, either - young and old alike. Proverbs 14: 12 - There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.)

Isaiah 10: 1 - Woe unto them that decree unrighteous decrees, and that write grievousness which they have prescribed; to turn aside the needy from judgment, and to take away the right from the poor of my people, that widows may be their prey, and that they may rob the fatherless. And what will ye do in the day of visitation, and in the desolation which shall come from far? to whom will ye leave your glory? Without me they shall bow down under the prisoners, and they shall fall under the slain. For all this his anger is not turned away, but his hand is stretched out still.

(The unjust balance in our nations' court system, presently, is dangerously aligning itself with the context of these scriptures! I believe these verses, to actually be a WARNING to the Courts of the United States of America! God has known for a very long time, that this day was coming! He revealed it to me in the year 2004. I know exactly what He said concerning this matter and I know His judgment towards it all! I saw it exposed before my very eyes by revelation of the Holy Spirit of God!)

Isaiah 10: 12 - Wherefore it shall come to pass, that when the Lord hath performed his whole work upon mount Zion and on Jerusalem, I will punish the fruit of the stout heart of the king of Assyria, and the glory of his high looks...vs. 20 - 27 - And it shall come to pass in that day, that the remnant of Israel, and such as are escaped of the house of Jacob, shall no more again stay upon him that smote them; but shall stay upon thee Lord, the Holy One of Israel, in truth. The remnant shall return, even the remnant of Jacob, unto the mighty God. For though thy people Israel be as the sand of the sea, yet a remnant of them shall return; the consumption decreed shall overflow with righteousness. For the Lord God of hosts shall make a consumption, even determined, in the midst of all the land. Therefore thus saith the Lord God of hosts, O my people that dwellest in Zion, be not afraid of the Assyrian; he shall smite thee with a rod, and shall lift up his staff against thee, after the manner of Egypt. For yet a very little while, and the indignation shall cease, and mine anger in their destruction. And the Lord of hosts shall stir up a scourge for him according to the slaughter of Midian at the rock of Oreb; and his rod was upon the sea, so shall be taken away from off thy shoulder, and his yoke from off thy neck, and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing.

(I'm not yet sure, as to the full application of these scriptures upon this day, but I do know that the Holy Spirit is pressing me with 'Zion, smiting, our love for Him and a turning back to Him'.)

• Of course, our eyes are on the nation of Israel and all that is happening for her. We must keep our prayers as a shield, garrison, guard and protection over her, as her enemies are many and are ruthless; and mercilessly taunting her!
  

• I know that God knows the end from the beginning, that He sees it all and knows what's coming before it comes. He knows the choices that we will make before we make them and He knows the outcome. He also has a plan that He is ready to implement on our behalf, if we will stop and heed His voice.

• Today, there are so many crucial circumstances, on so many crucial levels, all taking place simultaneously; all weaving their webs and all creating 'new and unfamiliar' circumstances for us to deal with. I prophesied (ten years ago - live on tape) that there would be things coming upon the earth soon, that would require of us a brand new knowledge, with which to prevail. I am seeing the very fulfillment of that prophecy, right now, in this day that we are in.

• 'Be Sure In Knowing - The Winds Are Blowing'! This is a title in my book. Do you believe it? I do!

The Lord awakened me with this scripture this morning, early:

1 Timothy 2: 1 - 4 - I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; for kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.

I think that sums up the interpretation of all of the above scriptures and their bearing upon our world's present condition. Pray! Pray! Pray! For ALL NATIONS - PRAY! DILIGENTLY!

Another Day For Zion!

The Lord awakened me @ 4:00 A.M.:

Psalm 129: 1 - 8 - Many a time have they afflicted me from my youth; may Israel now say: The plowers plowed upon my back; they made long their furrows. The Lord is righteous; he hath cut asunder the cords of the wicked. Let them all be confounded and turned back that hate Zion. Let them be as the grass upon the housetops, which withereth afore it groweth up; Wherewith the mower filleth not his hand; nor he that bindeth sheaves his bosom. Neither do they which go by say, The blessing of the Lord be upon you; we bless you in the name of the Lord.

Psalm 130: 1 -8 - Out of the depths have I cried unto thee, O Lord. Lord, hear my voice; Let thine ears be attentive to the voice of my supplication. If thou, Lord, shouldest mark iniquities, O Lord, who shall stand? But there is forgiveness with thee, that thou mayest be feared. I wait for the Lord more than they that watch for the morning; I say, more than they that watch for the morning. Let Israel hope in the Lord; for with the Lord there is mercy, and with him is plenteous redemption. And he shall redeem Israel from all his iniquities.

(Over and over again [for the past two weeks] the Lord has placed these scriptures before my eyes.) Thank God for His mercy towards all men, today through the sacrifice of His Son, Jesus Christ, the pure and spotless Lamb of God.

Prayer:

Lord, open the eyes of all men, women and children in the world today, to see You, to know You and to come to understand all things through Your wisdom, knowledge and understanding. You are a loving God who loves to give good gifts to your children. It is your desire to give us Your Kingdom. I pray today, Lord, that many ears will be opened to hear, eyes will be opened to see and hearts will be opened to receive all that You have prepared for those who love You! Let Your Word go forth - around the globe - with the news of the Risen Son! Bring the knowledge through Your Word, that we, can be raised with Him and that by Him we may be seated in heavenly places with Him!

God Bless the earth today and the inhabitants thereof! God Bless Israel! God bless His Church! Amen!

Ezekiel 16 (Entire Chapter)

3 - 9 - And say, Thus saith the Lord God unto Jerusalem; Thy birth and thy nativity is of the land of Canaan; thy father was an Amorite, and thy mother a Hittite. And as for thy nativity, in the day thou wast born thy navel was not cut, neither wast thou washed in water to supple thee; thou wast not salted at all, nor saddled at all. None eye pitied thee, to do any of these unto thee, to have compassion upon thee; but thou wast cast out in the open field, to the lothing of thy person, in the day that thou wast born. And when I passed by thee, and saw thee polluted in thine own blood, I said unto thee when thou wast in thy blood, Live. I have caused thee to multiply as the bud of the field, and thou hast increased and waxen great, and thou are come to excellent ornaments: thy breasts are fashioned, and thine hair is grown, whereas thou wast naked and bare. God's Mind Is On Zion!

On an unusual, consistent basis these days, I am receiving readings in scripture pertaining directly to Zion! Whenever something like this happens with me, I know that it's an indicator that something is 'up' - in the mind of God. What comes next, is a 'digging' or a leading to pursue further, in whatever direction He specifies.

So...

Zion: Hebrew - 'parched place 1) another name for Jerusalem especially in the prophetic books; title, waymark, sign 1) signpost, monument, market; (compare) Musician, set forward, overseers, excel, oversee, perpetual, chief singer 1) to excel, be bright, be preeminent, be perpetual, be overseer, be enduring 1a) enduring 1b) to act as overseer or superintendent or director or chief; dry, dry land, wilderness, drought, dry places, solitary place, barren 1) dryness, drought, desert; Sion or Zion = 'a parched place' 1) the hill on which the higher and more ancient part of Jerusalem was built 1a) the southwestern most and highest of the hills on which the city was built 2) often used of the entire city of Jerusalem 3) since Jerusalem the temple stood there, was called the dwelling place of God

Immediately reminded, of course, of Isaiah 35: 1 -10 - The wilderness and the solitary place shall be glad for them; and the desert shall rejoice, and blossom as the rose. It shall blossom abundantly, and rejoice even with joy and singing; the glory of Lebanon shall be given unto it, the excellency of Carmel and Sharon, they shall see the glory of the Lord, and the excellency of our God. Strengthen ye the weak hands, and confirm the feeble knees. Say to them that are of a fearful heart, Be strong, fear not; behold, your God will come with vengeance, even God with a recompense; he will come and save you. then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, and the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped. Then shall the lame man leap as an hart, and the tongue of the dumb sing; for in the wilderness shall waters break out, and streams in the desert. And the parched ground shall become a pool and the thirsty land springs of water; in the habitation of dragons, where each lay, shall be grass with reeds and rushes. And a highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called The way of holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it; but it shall be for those; the wayfaring men, though fools, shall not err therein. No lion shall be there, nor any ravenous beast shall go up thereon, it shall not be found there; but the redeemed shall walk there; and the ransomed of the Lord shall return, and come to Zion with songs and everlasting joy upon their heads; they shall obtain joy and gladness, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away.

Oh, so GOOD! And oh, so true!

Here are some of the particular scriptures being pointed out to me in my reading:

Psalm 133: 13 - For the Lord hath chosen Zion; he hath desired it for his habitation.

Psalm 134: 3 - The Lord that made heaven and earth bless thee out of Zion.

Psalm 135: 21 - Blessed be the Lord out of Zion, which dwelleth at Jerusalem. Praise ye the Lord.

Psalm 137: 1 - By the rivers of Babylon, there we sat down, yea, we wept, when we remembered Zion.

Psalm 146: 10 - The Lord shall reign for ever, even thy God, O Zion, unto all generations. Praise ye the Lord.

Psalm 147: 12 - Praise the Lord, O Jerusalem; praise thy God, O Zion.

Psalm 149: 2 - Let Israel rejoice in him that made him; let the children of Zion be joyful in their King.

This is the 60th celebration of Israel as a nation. Praise the Lord and let Him forever be praised in Zion!

Zion: (Dictionary 1948 New Century) - A hill or mount of Jerusalem, the center of ancient Hebrew worship; hence, the house or household of ancient Hebrew worship; hence, the house or household of God, as consisting of the chosen people; the Israelites; also, the theocracy, or church of God; the church in general; also, heaven as the final gathering-place of true believers; also, a church or shape of some Christian denominations.

Zionism: A modern plan or movement to colonize Hebrews in Palestine, the land of Zion; a movement to secure for such Jews as cannot or will not be assimilated in the country of their adoption a national homeland in Palestine.

Zionist: An advocate or adherent of Zionism. Of or pertaining to Zionists or Zionism.

Zionward: Toward Zion.

It's so energizing to read scripture and then to actually see the manifestation of it before your very eyes, in your own, present day! I love it! God is so GOOD and so TRUE. If we ever needed good and true, we need it today - don't you agree?

I'm so thankful that as I look around and see so much heartache, tragedy, and loss in the world today, I can still count on the stedfast love, care, and provision of the Lord. So many situations exist today, for His hand to move in. And there are so many opportunities for us, as His followers, to be His hand extended to those in needy situations. What a day and an hour that presents itself to us.

I was just reading Billye Brimm's current newsletter, this morning. As a matter of fact, I haven't even had the chance to finish it, yet. I love hearing her information regarding Israel; firsthand. She has such a real part in everything going on there and I know that we can all trust her insights and reports. God bless you Billye for your obedience to the Lord. Thank you for your many years of faithful ministry to the Body of Christ in the earth and to all those that the Lord leads you to!

Isn't it wonderful to be able to look at Israel and see the hand of God? Isn't it a 'nail of security' for us, as we see Him faithfully fulfilling His Words to Israel? We know by these things, that His entire Word, is just as trustworthy. Everything that He says in His Word - can be counted on to be brought to pass! Oh, how powerful a thing for our lives, in HIM!

Prayer:

God, strengthen Israel today. We pray for the peace of Jerusalem. We pray for all leaders of all nations, today. We pray for the relationship between Israel and the United States. We pray for all Christian leaders in the earth today. Lord, have Your way! Strengthen your Kingdom in the earth, in this year. Bring the increase to Your kingdom, here, in the earth, in the way that You spoke to me of at the beginning of the year - 2008. Give us intricate roles by which to create such an increase. Appoint unto each one, an integral part this year, as we truly seek Your face for it and sell out our lives unto it! Bless the work of your laborers hands, in this day! Let protection be around about each one and give them 'witty inventions'; strategies to prevail against their enemies in this day! Prevail - is Your Word - for this hour!

Psalm 119: 97 - 106 - O how I love thy law! It is my meditation all the day. Thou through thy commandments hast made me wiser than mine enemies: for they are ever with me. I have more understanding than all my teachers, for thy testimonies are my meditation. I understand more than the ancients, because I keep thy precepts. I have refrained my feet from every evil way, that I might keep thy word. I have not departed from thy judgments; for thou hast taught me. How sweet are thy words unto my taste! yea, sweeter than honey to my mouth! Through thy precepts I get understanding; therefore I hate every false way. Thy word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path. I have sworn, and I will perform it, that I will keep thy righteous judgments.

Attention!

Be sure to read prophecy dated April 27th! (New word for Body of Christ in the earth today!)

Already hearing reports that concretely confirm the validity of this 'Word'! Reports of 'new anointing' taking place amongst God's laborers - people who have never before experienced the ministry of healing and deliverance flowing through them, unto others. People being healed, blind eyes opening, people out of wheelchairs! Two reports (brought to me) already!

Take courage - Body of Christ! It is the set time for the Church to be 'favored' in the earth! Glorify Him through your bodies:

Romans 12: 1 - I beseech you, therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service...

1 Corinthians 6: 20 - For ye are bought with a price; therefore glorify God in your Body, and in your spirit, which are God's.

May 5, 2008 - Early Morning Reading - Connects With Yesterday

Psalm 102: 13-22 - Thou shalt arise, and have mercy upon Zion; for the time to favour her, yea, the set time, is come. For thy servants take pleasure in her stones, and favour the dust thereof. So the heathen shall fear the name of the Lord, and all the kings of the earth thy glory. When the Lord shall build up Zion, he shall appear in his glory.

He will regard the prayer of the destitute, and not despise their prayer. This shall be written for the generation to come; and the people which shall be created shalt praise the Lord. For He hath looked down from the height of his sanctuary; from heaven did the Lord behold the earth; to hear the groaning of the prisoner; to loose those that are appointed to death; to declare the name of the Lord in Zion, and his praise in Jerusalem; when the people are gathered together, and the kingdoms, to serve the Lord.

I am the God of Israel.
Jehovah Jirah.
I am the strength of Zion!

You are the God of Israel! King Jesus! Mighty in Battle! You will lift up a standard! You will 'stay' her enemies. Wave offerings (flags waving) of peace (surrender) to God; not wave offerings (flags waving) of peace (surrender) to the enemies! Surround her on the right. Surround her on the left. Surround her all around with walls of flaming fire! Let the joy of the Lord be your strength. Let the joy of the Lord prevail. Let your walls be Joy! Let joy hold you in on all sides. Let joy protect you. Let joy seal your mind. Let joy lift you - put you above - deliver you out. Joy will 'whisk' you away from defeat! You will move with Me there - in that place - JOY! You will hear, you will know, you will see - there in that place of - purposed JOY. Stake yourself there in that place - in JOY- with ME! Stay yourself THERE! Continue THERE! Remain. Abide. IN JOY! Let the strength of the Lord be in you - ZION!

(The Lord awakened me at 2: 30 a.m. and led me into intercession. This is what came forth at that time. The instructions that came with the message were: This is for Israel but for every born again believer in Christ Jesus, as well, at this time.)

April 27, 2008 - New Vision For Body of Christ NOW:

The Holy Spirit arrested us this morning. We were overcome in a way that we haven't been in some time. This is what the Lord spoke to us at this powerful time: (He gave vision of all of this, as He was speaking it prophetically).

• New anointing for the Body of Christ.

• This new anointing will be for the works of Jesus - in the earth.

• This anointing will begin to flow from His peoples hands, in a way never before seen by His church! (Through many born again believers - not just specialized ministry persons).

• This anointing is for the 'world' - LOST!

• A 'new call' for the HARVEST!

• I saw an enormous mass of people and a call was heard by all in the crowd. People came running to answer 'the call'.

• The Lord said, "Come now for this new call! Come now! Respond now!"

• He said that they must come out from amongst them, in order to answer this call. There will be a 'new coming out' of a people, who will answer this CALL. They must come out from amongst 'the old' and dedicate themselves unto the NEW VISION.

• There was a swift calling for labourers to come forth, with all of their gifts, talents, resources - ALL! Use it ALL and don't spare, don't hold back anything from the 'aid' of the harvest!

• The Lord specifically stressed, that it is a time for ALL of His people to unite in the knowledge that this call, is for the HARVEST. He said that all of His body should be 'thus minded'. This is the mandate of the hour - the new vision - and everyone who is wise, will run to join themselves to this call; without reservation or hesitation!

• The Lord said to put forth every strength, every energy, apply every tool to the promotion of the Gospel in the earth today - AND - to reaching out with that new anointing, with those gifts, talents and resources - WITH GREAT JOY - TODAY! This call was filled with the JOY OF THE LORD! THERE WAS GREAT EXCITEMENT, ENERGY AND ANTICIPATION IN THIS CALLING!

• The Lord showed me all of todays' most popular 'tennis shoes'. He said, "The most popular footwear to come on the scene now, will be the shodding of the preparation of the gospel of peace!" Then I saw an electricity of heaven come into the feet of many peoples! They were jumping, dancing, rejoicing, shouting praises; EXTREME WORSHIP AND REJOICING! The the Lord said that HEAVEN IS LEAPING WITH JOY RIGHT NOW! HEAVEN IS ECSTATIC WITH THE HARVEST AND WITH WHAT IS COMING!

• There was a prayer covering - a promised victory - for the labourers in the fields! The Lord Himself, interceded for the 'eyes of the workers' - to be opened in a new way - to see the angels at hand - to minister to the saints of God and to see exactly where the enemies are - to be alerted beforehand (just a Nehemiah) to be delivered from every evil plot set up against such ones, as would be instrumental, in bringing forth this massive victorious in-gathering!

• We will be seeing the 'arm of the Lord' revealed in a new, powerful and exciting way, in not so many days to come. God wants us working with Him - filled to the full with the knowledge of Him - full of faith - full of power - full of anointing - and full of His outpouring of JOY, unspeakable and full of GLORY!

And I believe (through revelation in scripture over the past two months) that we will begin to see places of worship, experience the literal Glory Clouds, descending down in gatherings - the visible clouds of GLORY - as we will to believe and obey the words that He has now given.


I tell you, I am elated!

April 28, 2008 - Rhema Word - Again - Body of Christ - Second Scripture of this Nature:

Isaiah 43: 22 – 28 - But thou hast not called upon me, O Jacob, but thou hast been weary of me, O Israel. Thou hast not brought me the small cattle of thy burnt offerings; neither hast thou honoured me with thy sacrifices. I have not caused thee to serve with an offering, nor wearied thee with incense. Thou hast brought me no sweet cane with money, neither hast thou filled me with the fat of thy sacrifices, but thou hast made me to serve with thy sins, thou hast wearied me with thine iniquities. I, even I, am he that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake; and will not remember thy sins. Put me in remembrance, let us plead together, declare thou, that thou mayest be justified. Thy first father hath sinned, and thy teachers have transgressed against me. Therefore I have profaned the princes of the sanctuary, and have given Jacob to the curse and Israel to reproaches.

Isaiah 44: 1 - 8 -Yet now hear, O Jacob my servant; and Israel, whom I have chosen; thus saith the Lord that made thee, and formed thee from the womb, which will help thee; Fear not, O Jacob, my servant; and thou, Jesurun, whom I have chosen. For I will pour water upon him that is thirsty, and floods upon the dry ground; I will pour my spirit upon thy seed, and my blessing upon thine offspring; and they shall spring up as among the grass, as willows by the water courses. One shall say, I am the Lord's; and another shall subscribe with his hand unto the Lord, and surname himself by the name of Israel. Thus saith the Lord the King of Israel, and his redeemer the Lord of hosts; I am the first, and I am the last; and beside me there is no God. And who, as I, shall declare it, and set it in order, for me, since I appointed the ancient people? and the things that are coming, and shall come, let them shew unto them. Fear ye not, neither be afraid; have not I told thee from that time, and have declared it? ye are even my witnesses. Is there a God beside me? yea, there is no God; I know not any.

Luke 7: 44 – 46 - And he turned to the woman, and said unto Simon, Seest thou this woman? I entered into thine house, thou gavest me no water for my feet; but she hath washed my feet with tears, and wiped them with the hairs of her head. Thou gavest me no kiss; but this woman since the time I came in hath not ceased to kiss my feet. My head with oil thou didst not anoint; but this woman hath anointed my feet with ointment.
